8MP IP Cameras

8MP IP cameras record at 3840×2160 pixels — true 4K resolution — delivering the highest level of detail available in standard fixed CCTV cameras. This makes them well suited to locations where identifying detail is critical: entrances, driveways, car parks, tills, and any area where number plates or faces need to be clearly visible in recorded footage.

Our 8MP IP camera range includes models from Hikvision and HiLook, available in bullet, dome, and turret housings. All are designed for outdoor use with IP67 weatherproofing as standard, and many include IK10 vandal-resistant ratings for exposed or at-risk locations. Camera connections use a single CAT5e or CAT6 cable via PoE, carrying both power and 4K video data to a compatible NVR.

Technology options across the 8MP range include Hikvision ColorVu and HiLook ColorVu for full-colour night vision, AcuSense AI-based human and vehicle detection to reduce false motion alerts, and Darkfighter sensors for enhanced low-light performance. Most models include a built-in IR range of at least 30 metres for standard night vision as a fallback.

All 8MP cameras in this collection are compatible with Hikvision NVRs and connect automatically via Hik-Connect for remote viewing on iOS and Android.
